When will I receive my tickets?

After purchasing your tickets, you will receive an order confirmation from EVENTIX at the email address you provided. This email contains a download button that allows you to download your tickets.

I haven’t received a confirmation email

You can use the convenient EVENTIX search function at www.eventix.nl/ticket-support to locate your tickets.

If the search function doesn’t work, please contact us at tickets@eventix.nl with the following information:

  • The name of the event;
  • The email address used to purchase the tickets;
  • A copy or screenshot of your bank statement.

I want to change my email address

Do I need to print my tickets?

No, we can scan your tickets directly from your phone! Just make sure your screen brightness is set to 100% to ensure the tickets can be scanned easily. Plus, skipping the printout is better for the environment!

I ordered multiple tickets. Can we enter separately?

Yes, that’s possible! Each page of your ticket order contains an individual ticket with its own unique QR code. This allows you to enter at different times.

What should I do if my group is smaller than the size required for the group ticket?

Group tickets are non-refundable if the group size changes. Please ensure the correct number of participants before purchasing a group ticket.

The weather is bad on the day I want to visit the ice rink. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, the ice rink is weather-dependent, and we cannot offer refunds due to unfavorable weather. If you can’t use your ticket, consider using Ticketswap to pass it on to someone else who might enjoy it.

Skates and skate rental

I purchased a ticket including skate rental but prefer to bring my own skates. Can I get a refund for the difference?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to receive a refund if you choose to bring your own skates. Tickets that include skate rental are fixed in price, whether or not you use the rental skates. If you decide to bring your own skates, please note that speed skates or clap skates are not allowed to prevent damage and risks. Our staff reserves the right to refuse personal skates if necessary.

What happens if my skate size is temporarily unavailable?

For tickets that include skate rental, skates are available in a variety of sizes. During busy periods, it may be necessary to wait briefly for your size to become available. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring my own skates?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own skates, provided they are well-maintained. However, speed skates or clap skates are not allowed to avoid damage and risks. Our staff reserves the right to refuse personal skates if deemed necessary.

Safety and behavior

Wearing gloves is mandatory. A helmet is strongly recommended and required during lessons. Always follow the instructions of our staff. Failure to comply with the rules may result in removal without a refund.

What safety rules apply during skating lessons?

Wearing gloves and a helmet is mandatory for all participants. You may bring your own ski or bike helmet, but if you don’t have one, you can borrow a helmet at the rink. Always follow the instructor’s directions and make sure to arrive on time, as late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

Can I take photos at the skating rink?

Yes, you are allowed to take photos for personal use. Please note that promotional photos or videos may be taken during your visit. By entering the premises, you implicitly agree to the possible use of this footage.

What should I do if I’m dissatisfied with the skate rental or service?

If you experience any issues with skate rental or other services, please contact our on-site staff immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you have the best possible experience.

Refreshments

I purchased a ticket that includes a refreshment, such as hot chocolate or lemonade, but I forgot to redeem it. The refreshment is tied to your skating ticket and must be redeemed at the bar on the same day the ticket is used. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to collect the refreshment on another day.

Can I exchange a refreshment like hot chocolate or lemonade for something else?

No, refreshments included with certain tickets, such as hot chocolate or lemonade, cannot be exchanged for other products or redeemed on another day.

Children’s parties

What does the children’s party group ticket include?

The children’s party group ticket is for groups of 10 children (ages 3–13) and includes skate rental and a cup of lemonade per person. An adult supervisor must be present on the ice and is included in the group ticket.

I have a group ticket for a children’s party, but one child is sick. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive a partial refund for unused tickets.

Sharing tickets

Can I share my 10-ride pass with others?

Yes, the 10-ride pass is not personal and can be used by multiple people. Each ride will be deducted upon entry to the ice rink. Unused rides cannot be refunded.

Can I share my subscription or lessons with others?

No, subscriptions and skating lessons are strictly personal. A subscription cannot be transferred, and lessons cannot be shared or made up in case of absence. Lessons are scheduled over three consecutive days at fixed times.

How is my personal data handled?

All personal data is treated confidentially and used solely for administrative purposes and communication related to your visit to the ice rink.

Where can I pick up lost and found items?

Lost and found items are collected at the skate rental desk and can be retrieved during the ice rink’s opening hours. Check the website for the most up-to-date opening hours for the skate rental desk.

Can I pay with cash at the ice rink?

The skate rental is pin-only, so cash payments are not accepted there. At the food and beverage facilities, you can pay with both; card and cash, but it is not possible to withdraw cash.

Is alcohol served at the food and beverage facilities?

Yes, we offer a selection of alcoholic beverages, but only to visitors aged 18 and older. A valid ID may be required, and alcohol sales may be refused without proper identification.
